I have been working as a Service Manager at HASEL İstif Makinaları for about 9 years. I have an active role in the complete preparation and delivery of the equipments to the customer both before sales and rental. The satisfaction of our customers is invaluable to us: We know very well that if we make them pleased, they choose us again. Therefore, we prepare the equipments fastidiously and carefully for shipment. A minor omission that may be neglected during controls may result in a disruption to the business of the customer. This is the reason why we try to have the best business with the utmost care. We carry our business one step ahead with the constructive feedback we receive from our sales engineers on issues that we may omit. My team receives support from other departments for their works and provides support in high season. This system works very well due to the really high level of harmonization.
In particular, I'm proud to work in the HASEL family. We cooperate with different departments on many issues and we are very pleased to support them. We know that ensuring customer satisfaction, which is a common goal, can be achieved not by a single department, but by the cooperation of many departments day and night.
