The business ethics rules that HASEL personnel must comply with have been determined by the HASEL Group Ethics Committee. Within this framework, HASEL Group employees undertake the responsibility of complying and act accordance with the ethical rules.

"HASEL Hotline" was created as a part of this responsibility. HASEL employees can use this line to consult or inform about their own behaviour or the behaviour of HASEL's employees around them. The performance of the notification regarding compliance with the ethical rules regarding HASEL Group companies and employees is expected to be made through this line. All kinds of questions and information are answered by the Ethics Committee.

It is the responsibility of the HASEL Group Ethics Committee to investigate complaints and notifications regarding violations of ethical rules and to develop solutions. The Ethics Committee reports to the Chairman of HASEL Board of Directors and the investigations are carried out by HASEL Group Audit Department. Notifications of HASEL Group employees or third parties to the Ethics Committee are reserved. Inspections and investigations are carried out by independent experts in a confidential manner.
